2. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including access instructions and property details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for cleaning.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices will be clearly stated during booking or provided in a quote.
• Additional fees may apply for extra-large spaces, heavy cleaning, or special requests.
• Payment is required on day of service

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning:

• We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

7. Damage & Liability

We take great care while cleaning. However:

• You must report any damage within 24 hours of service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or the repair/replacement of the damaged item (at our discretion).
• We are not liable for:
   
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items not securely stored
  • Loss or damage due to incorrect information provided by the customer

8. Access to Property

You may grant access by:

• Being present,
• Leaving a key in a secure place, or
• Providing a key in advance.

We are not responsible for lost keys unless they are in our possession.

9. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Conditions are hazardous,
• There are aggressive pets,
• The property poses safety concerns (e.g., infestations, hoarding, hazardous waste).

Extra charges may apply for extreme or specialised cleaning.

10. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site
• Copy or steal any content without permission

All website content is owned by or licensed to us.
